Strategic Finance Leader to Power Growth and Operational Excellence at MSI
[FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE] Boston, MA. April 17, 2025— MOCA Systems, Inc. (MSI), a leading provider of services and software for large, complex, and socially important construction, is pleased to announce that Michael T. White has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer.

White will lead MSI’s financial planning, operations, IT, and strategic growth initiatives, collaborating with fellow leaders to fulfill the company’s vision of expanding adoption and customer acquisition in key construction segments—Federal/State/Local, Data Centers, Advanced Manufacturing, Life Science, Healthcare, Infrastructure, and Residential—and deepening engagement across Owners, A&E firms, GCs, MEPs, and Trades.
Prior to joining MSI, White was CFO at Steer, an automated communication and retention platform for the automotive repair industry. As part of the executive team, White was integral to the company’s rapid growth from both an operational side as well as fundraisings in debt and equity, strategic partnerships, and M&A. His background spans sectors including investment banking, energy, and construction, adding diversified insight to MSI’s executive team.

White holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Georgetown University and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
