Mr. Sanders has over 40 years of experience managing diverse projects primarily for public sector clients. He specializes in cost benefit and business case analysis, and he has extensive experience in risk assessment, life-cycle cost estimating, earned value management, and market analysis with a pinpoint focus on value assessment. His unique ability to organize requirements from a large variety of sources and focus them on specific client solutions has served MOCA well on technology projects ranging from facility cybersecurity solutions to developing parametric cost estimating models.

He has a Master of Science degree in System Management/Cost Analysis from the Air Force Institute of Technology. He also has a Bachelor of Science degree from the U.S. Air Force Academy.  Additionally, Tom is certified in the following: OCEAA: Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst (CCEA) Certification in Business Analytics (CBA).

Mr. Sanders’ disciplined approach to Project Management has been honed during a 30-year U.S. Air Force career with the Air Force Material Command.
