Paul Ernst has 34 years of experience in facility and program construction management on over $1 billion in school and government construction and renovation projects throughout the country. He has an extensive background in providing Owner’s program management services to clients. Paul’s experience in construction program and project management includes new building construction, renovation of existing buildings, building demolition, site work, soil excavation/remediation, soil sampling, groundwater remediation system installation, and other facets of general building construction. He has managed multiple prime trade contractors, performing all aspects of renovation and remodeling work in user-occupied areas. Paul’s field experience and education enable him to produce quality work products while maintaining realistic budgets.
