Heather Mendez is a certified cost estimator and project manager with 20 years of experience with progressive roles in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. Her proficiencies include the knowledge of policies and procedures; ISO 9001 quality control; and project management of DOD projects in preparation of discipline budget, schematic, and detailed cost estimates with responsibilities for quantity take-offs, pricing, construction market evaluations, and quality control of all disciplines. Heather has a diverse history of leading cost estimating for projects for municipalities and corporations throughout South Texas including for the cities of San Antonio and Austin.
