Chiti Ho performs and manages software and web page development for project controls systems for design and construction programs and projects. He is a cost engineering technology leader in program and project management information systems (PMIS) and facility management systems which enable improved collaboration, communication, and workflow between Government agency stakeholders, project managers, designers, and contractors.  This includes managing, monitoring, and reporting schedule, budget, and cost data and project information and documents.
