Infrastructure

Infrastructures and transportation systems are under strain from aging, population shifts and overcrowding, environmental factors, and water resource limitations. Our clients are working to expand or rebuild a wide range of aviation, transportation and water infrastructure systems including ports, transit systems, highways, bridges, airports, water treatment, and power facilities.

Our proven track record, expertise and advanced technologies ensure our clients achieve the best value from their infrastructure investments.

We provide innovative infrastructure solutions to government agencies, public-private partnerships and commercial owners. Our professionals work independently or as an extension of agency staff to help replace, upgrade, construct and maintain infrastructure systems.

In 2005, Hurricane Katrina created flooding in the New Orleans region that caused one of the worst engineering catastrophes in history. We have been helping multiple government agencies in the cost effective reconstruction of mission-critical facilities and infrastructure systems by providing planning, design and construction management services including the advanced simulation of construction to determine adequate resource and sequencing requirements.

In Pennsylvania, we provided program and construction management services in the successful design and construction of one of the largest biodiesel facilities in the country, producing 45 million gallons of biodiesel fuel annually. The environmentally conscious fuel is derived from renewable resources, which significantly reduces harmful emissions associated with global warming.
