“MOCA Systems provided the Air Force Air Mobility Command (AMC) and Dover Base CE (BCE) with their differentiated MOCABuild project controls system on the $77 million Air Freight Terminal / Oversized Cargo Facility at Dover AFB. By having a thorough and detailed understanding of the project costs, achievable schedule durations and labor resources required to complete the work, MOCA was able to identify to the AF where the project was at risk. This proactive approach allowed the AMC and BCE the ability to engage with the construction agent and contractor early in the project and to substantially reduce the claims and changes form the contractor”.
